On April 1, 2021 Purity Seeds Limited and Larry Lamb Farm were purchased by a group of investors including the Schraa family, David Boileau and Patrick Boileau. Larry Lamb Farm has been renamed Carpe Diem Farms and is a sister company to Purity Seeds. It includes 215 acres of tile drained crop land that supplies seed for Purity Seeds processing, including wheat, barley, oats and soybeans. In addition to processing its own certified seed, Purity Seeds markets a complete line of NorthStar Seed products.
